Illustrative example. The "not yet enabled" row is deliberate, not a bug in the mockup — RESEARCH.md §2.3/§5 found Kolla's schema supports the resource category but per-PMS field-level chart-write completeness is unconfirmed. Until that's tested, the honest product behavior is "note ready for clinician review," not "writes directly into your chart" (see PITCH.md objection #2).
