Practice name, staff, and document names (Front-Desk-SOP.pdf, Billing-Playbook.pdf, Front-Desk-Onboarding.pdf, Records-Release-Policy.pdf) are fictional, built to show the shape of PraxisKB's cited-answer behavior described in STRATEGY.md §7 / site FAQ. Scenario 3 shows PraxisKB correctly staying in scope — it answers from practice SOPs/policies and does not store or return individual patient records, consistent with STRATEGY.md's own framing of the product (a knowledge base built from SOPs, protocols, and insurance workflows) and its BAA-gated PHI handling (STRATEGY.md §6, 45 CFR §164.308(b)(1)). Nothing here represents a real practice, patient, or document.
